A Page In The Will

im-writing-a-book

“Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.”

When we’re faced with obstacles in life, we always have the upper hand unless we let that obstacle control the situation. No matter how you spin it, things will at some point, go the wrong way, and it will in essence be out of your control.

The difference between succumbing to the higher beings that dictate each of your steps, or standing your ground as an individual, to explore every ounce of perseverance within you soul imaginable, is will. You must always have the will to carry on.

No matter how horrible, how sad, how hard a situation may seem, you must remember that when things are bad, they can always be worse, and when things are good they can always be better. If we are complacent, time will always win.

When you look at where you are, right this very moment, is this the person, is this the place you want to be next year? If we are not growing, we are slowly decaying, and giving in to societys realm of the standards of everyday life. If you tell yourself that it’s birth, school, work, death, then that is the very life you will have.

Nobody has the right to make a predetermined map for you. No matter what family or friends think, you need to always remain focused on what’s going to make you the happiest. If you’re solely invested due to the money, than that’s not a true definitive purpose. Yes, we all need money to grow and move forward in life.

But without a deeper understanding of your purpose, without your complete will, you can not make a change that will last. Short lived victories are not what will work in the long run. Always strive to be the best version of yourself, and fully comprehend what’s going to separate you from people that work, and people that live.

If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. You will always wake up with clarity and a deeper realization that what you’re doing, is define.

Everything else is secondary. Find where your will resides and open a page to a new chapter.
